    • New for 2002 the Exocet glove sets the new standard for
  professional road race gloves.
    • Over three years in development, the Exocet represents
  the state of the art in function and safety. It is the most
  sophisticated road race glove available manufactured with
  the finest materials using the latest manufacturing
  techniques and incorporating many new and innovative
  features.
    • The Exocet was developed using the direct input
  of many of AGV Sports leading racers such as Mat Mladin.
    • The Exocet features a unique two-piece hard molded
  Carbon Kevlar knuckle armor design, which allows for a
  more natural fit.
    • Each pair of Exocet gloves features 26 pieces of
  composite hard armor.
    • The palm is manufactured in premium quality Japanese
  cowhide with high tear strength and abrasion resistance.
  The upper part of the gloves is manufactured in top quality
  Japanese cowhide.
    • The palm is stitched with special high tensile nylon
  thread for maximum strength and abrasion resistance; palm
  area has a second layer of poly-urethane treated high-
  abrasion leather over a special Dupont Kevlar pad for extra
  protection.
    • Palm pad overlaps seam along little finger for additional
  protection.
    • Pre-curved fingers for a snug and comfortable fit.
    • Unlike Most other road race gloves all the armor on the
  Exocet is laminated including even the small finger knuckle
  plates for maximum protection from impact and abrasion.
    • Unique lower thumb and wrist armor protects the thumb
  joint and wrist bones from impact and abrasion.
    • Shock-absorbing Orthopedic foam is used on all areas of
  the glove - fingers, thumb, knuckles and wrist - for maximum
  impact absorption.
    • Hook-and-loop closure on an extra long gauntlet and a
  secondary wrist strap provide an extremely secure fit.
