My name is Scott G. I am a business manager for a large dealership in Boise Idaho. Most importantly, I am a racer and a customer of yours. I have also spent 10 years in corporate sales management, training and consulting. I have found that employees who put in the extra effort on matters that do not immediately effect their paycheck are extremely rare! I had a backordered suit (2004 Aegis blk/gun 48) from Parts Unlimited. The date kept on being pushed back to the point of Parts Unlimited saying we have NO future date and suggesting I buy a different brand suit. This would have been a hassle for a number of reasons but the most being our race team believing AGV Sport suits are the best on the market. I made numerous calls to Parts Unlimited to find out what I needed to do and as a last resort called your company! Lauren took the call, said she would look into it for me. I fully expected to not hear from her again because why would a company go through so much trouble for such a small order! To my amazement, she called back, told me she was working on it and she would let me know the next day! I found out the next day one was on its way! As a result of Lauren's actions she has created a life long customer & someone who will be singing AGV Sports praises for years to come! I have had the suit hanging my office for the last 2 days and have sold 2 more (1 Aegis & 1 Phantom) to some of our regulars. Lauren has sent a few stickers and they are posted next to the side number plates for all to see! I won't be chasing Matt Mladin off the podium without a works bike any time soon, but I will do my best to give your product/company the exposure it deserves!
